The modular VARTA.wall high-voltage DC energy storage system achieves a depth of just 10–14 cm, depending on the module type, thanks to its dual-module design – making it particularly space-saving.
With two different battery module variants, the VARTA.wall can be installed both indoors in a space-saving manner and reliably in more demanding environments such as garages or covered outdoor areas.
The modular plug-in system is available in various capacities and can be expanded at a later stage if required1 This allows VARTA.wall to adapt flexibly to individual energy requirements.

Space-saving for indoor use
The VARTA.wall with the BM1 battery module is ultra-slim at 10 cm and fits compactly into any indoor space.
The modular, plug-in system is available with 10, 15 and 20 kWh system capacity and can be expanded later.1
Durable even for covered outdoor areas
The VARTA.wall with the BM2 battery module, featuring a 14 cm product depth, is suitable for installation in more demanding environments such as garages.

The VARTA element backup provides an emergency power function for selective consumers, enabled via the VARTA emergency power box. In the event of a grid failure, the energy storage system automatically switches to backup mode. This ensures maximum independence — even with higher energy demands.
The modular design of VARTA flex storage allows the performance, capacity and functionality to be individually adapted to different requirements.
