Sustainable production concepts and the use of recycled materials already play an important role for VARTA in its efforts to achieve an independent and environmentally friendly circular battery economy. In order to further increase our resource efficiency and promote the sustainability of batteries, we are developing new processes as part of our research activities in this area and testing the most direct possible use of secondary raw materials.
