He maintains indirect business relations with VARTA AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT and the VARTA AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT Group, respectively, which consist, among other things, of a service agreement between Montana Tech Components GmbH and VARTA AG and a lease agreement between WertInvest Ellwangen Immobilien GmbH and VARTA Microbattery GmbH.
