Ellwangen / Zürich, 04 December 2025 - VARTA Microbattery and the Hear the World Foundation are delighted to extend their long-standing partnership until 31 March 2028. Together, they will continue to work towards improving the quality of life for children with hearing loss in low- and middle-income countries.
Since 2013, VARTA Microbattery has been supporting the Hear the World Foundation as a global partner – in particular by providing high-quality hearing aid batteries. With the extended partnership, batteries will continue to be provided annually to support projects worldwide and give thousands of children access to urgently needed hearing technology.
Targeted help for children worldwide
The Hear the World Foundation works with partners to ensure that affected children have access to high-quality audiological care, regardless of their country of origin or socio-economic status. The focus is always on the child: specialists, families and national structures are involved in order to create sustainable care solutions and promote the full potential of every child.
The Foundation's work spans Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
