VARTA AG moves from Prime Standard to General Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Ellwangen, 12 February 2025 – VARTA AG announces the change of the stock exchange segment of VARTA AG from the Prime Standard to the General Standard of the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The revocation of the admission of the shares to the Prime Standard by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with the consent of VARTA AG will take effect upon expiry of 12 May 2025. With the revocation of the admission to the Prime Standard taking effect, the VARTA AG shares will officially be included into trading in the General Standard of the regulated market. Therefore, the revocation does not affect the admission of the VARTA AG shares to the regulated market (General Standard).

The change of stock exchange segment and the associated elimination of the extended post-admission obligations shall lead to the realization of cost savings.
