Postponement of the financial earnings FY2022

Dear Investors,

We regret to inform you that VARTA must postpone the planned publication of its FY2022 financial earnings until 28 April 2023, in the evening after Xetra closing. The reason for the delay is the additional organizational effort for the preparation of the financial statements in connection with the recently submitted restructuring concept. The necessary approval of the financing banks’ committees was granted on 17 April 2023.

With the finalized restructuring concept, VARTA AG has taken a decisive step towards the future. We are firmly convinced that this will put us back on a profitable growth course.
We, again, are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
