All possible combinations have been reviewed and safety tested by VARTA Storage in advance to ensure a perfect fit and optimum interaction between the power cell and electronics.

How many samples can be ordered?
Why is there a NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) charge?
A new design according to your requirements is to be created. Your battery will obtain its own part number and a new design rendering will be presented. Manufacturing and quality documentation will be established accordingly. Fixtures will be produced to ensure repeatable quality for the mandatory UN 38.3 testing and certification. NRE is kept at the lowest possible rate and in many cases is avoided completely.
