VARTA portal – registration

With the VARTA portal, you receive a full overview over the operation data of your VARTA energy storage system and your PV system (if you have a data logger) visualised in graphic form.

View your performance data, your self-sufficiency rate and your consumption rate as well as the savings in electricity costs that you achieve with your system, on a daily, monthly or yearly basis or over the entire term.

Dashboard

All important information in one place.

On the dashboard of the VARTA portal, you can clearly see all information on the power generation of the system, self-consumption, grid feed-in and charging/discharging data in a simple, clear graphic.    

The weather function also informs you about the current temperature and weather data, which can be visualised in graphic form.

History data and self-consumption rate

The self-consumption rate as well as the course of the charging and discharging power, production power, grid feed-in and grid draw are displayed in a diagram. The individual curves can be faded in and out according to the customer's wishes - daily, monthly, annually and over the entire operating period

How can I log into the new VARTA portal?

In the past few months, we have worked intensely on our new, optimised VARTA portal and are now happy to inform you that your energy storage system has been successfully migrated.

Register now in the new VARTA portal: Find out, what you have to consider during the registration process, in our step-by-step instruction: https://www.varta-ag.com/fileadmin/varta/consumer/downloads/energy-storage/garantie/Instruction_portal_registration.pdfb

Please note: The registration should be carried out on your computer in an internet browser, not on a smartphone or tablet.

1. Visit https://varta-portal.energy

2. Click on „Sign up“ on the login page of the new portal

3. Create an account (by entering your personal data)

4. Login to the new portal with your access data. Please note: during the registration process, you will be asked to agree to the online service contract. Only by doing so, you will have access to the portal.

Please note: Within the initial registration, you need the serial number as well as the activation code of your energy storage system. You can find that information in the “old” portal under system information >>> documents >>> warranty registration as a PDF document or alternatively printed on your energy storage system (see label).

In the last few months, we have worked intensely on our new VARTA portal and are making every effort to give you access to the new portal as soon as possible.
All energy storage systems will be migrated according to the product type.
Accordingly, all VARTA storage units will gradually be available in the new portal over the next few weeks.

If you have not yet received a personal notification, please be patient. When your energy storage system is migrated, you will receive a message in the current VARTA portal. This will contain all the important information required for the transition as well as instructions on how to re-register.

The new, improved VARTA portal has recently become available to you and your storage system has already been successfully migrated.
Unfortunately, you did not give your consent to the online service contract in the registration process. Without your consent, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with the functions and services of the app.

Our service team can reset your registration in the new portal. You can then register again and agree to the online service contract.
