3D-Si-Elektrode
The project pursues the integration of fabric-based current collectors in VARTA cells, as well as a process for the production of mechanically and structurally stable three-dimensional silicon anodes for Li-Ion batteries. In addition to a significantly higher storage capacity of the cells, the use of copper should be massively reduced and the use of domestic resources of glass and carbon established.
